LINDA FULLER OWNER/ARTISTIC DIRECTOR |
Miss Linda is a graduate of Minot State University and an active
member of the Montana Dance Arts Association. She is a board member
of the Great Falls Arts Council. She participates as an actress,
choreographer, director and a musician with Center Stage Community
Theater, Inc., and is a founding member. Other credentials include
memberships in Dance Masters and Dance Educators of America, which
certify dance teachers by testing. Miss Linda’s studio music is
licensed by ASCAP, BMI and SESAC. She dances and performs with the
’Lectric Ladies and is a percussionist with the Great Falls
Municipal Band and the University Community Band. She has completed
an intensive Teacher Training program sponsored by DEA at the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She received her early training
from Virginia Maupin. |

MARCIA
SWENSON |
Miss Marcia, former owner/instructor of Downtown
Dance Enterprise, has been teaching dance since 1986. Prior to that
she taught under the guidance of Dee Brady of Dee’s School of
Dance. She is a member of Dance Masters and Dance Educators of
America, being certified by these organizations to teach. Miss
Marcia is an active member of Montana Dance Arts Association. She
continues to be a dancer also, performing with the ‘Lectric Ladies.
She has studied at the Gus Giordano Dance Center and the Human
Rhythm Project in Chicago. Miss Marcia has completed an intensive
Teacher Training program sponsored by DEA at the University of
Nevada, Las Vegas. Marcia’s tap classes are exceptional. |

Andrea Baker began studying dance at age six, taking her first dance classes from Davis Haney School of Dance. While attending high school she took classes with Miss Mary Ellen and Dee Brady. During her years at Montana State University, Andrea studied Ballet as she earned her degree in Business. Miss Baker operated her own studio in Sun River for 10 years before moving to Great Falls. She has attended many workshops and master classes, and most recently completed coursework entitled “Fundamentals and Matwork in Pilates”. For over 25 years Andrea has taught tap, ballet, jazz and social dance at studios including Downtown Dance, Mountain Shadows, Montana Movement Center, Miss Linda’s School of Dance and Missouri River Dance. She performed professionally with Nancy Meeter Owens in the Connections Concerts. |

Cortnee began training at a young age. She received her early education in Billings from Tracy Stanaway and Angelina Johnson. She has participated in the Summer Dance Study, Showtime Musical Theatre Workshop, Dance Educators of America programs, and Montana Dance Arts Association where she has received scholarships to various workshops. She received a scholarship to the Rhythm Explosion Event where she took class and performed with an international faculty. She has completed the Music for Dancers Course from musician Andy Wasserman. Cortnee has received awards at dance competitions and served as Co-Captain of Performing Troupe. She is a cheerleader for the Argos and the Explorer's basketball teams. She attends the University of Great Falls. |

Karen is the ballet instructor for the advanced level ballet classes. She studied and performed with the Balle Tacoma Company in Tacoma, Washington and the Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle. Karen also studied at the Walnut Hill School of the Arts in Natick, Massachusetts. Her credits also include the Ballet Teacher's Training Course at the Steps School in New York City. She has studied with numerous master teachers through Montana Dance Arts Association and Missouri River Dance School where she also taught. Karen performed leading roles in numerous ballets with Missouri River Dance Company. She was previously a reporter and journalist for the Great Falls Tribune. |

Jennifer comes to Miss Linda's from New Jersey. She has extensive
training in ballet, tap, jazz and modern. A sample of her training
includes the School of the Arts for modern, the Princeton Ballet,
private tap instruction at Broadway Dance Center with Germaine Goodsen,
and being a member of the New Jersey Tap Ensemble working with Debora
Mitchell and Savion Glover. She has had master classes with Savion,
Brenda Bufalino, Frank Hatchett, Jimmy Slyde, and Buster Brown. She
has performed at the Lincoln Center in New York City as a repertory
dancer and the Count Basie Theater in New Jersey as a featured
performer. Jennifer has taught and choreographed for all ages
including many award-winning competition pieces. We heartily welcome
her to our staff. |

Freeman Davis, also known as "Free", fell in love with dance at a young age. Taking a chance on his dream, he learned that music was the center of his universe. Freeman was the first male praise dancer at the Second Baptist Church of Atlantic City, New Jersey where he grew up. In Atlantic City he was also a member of the hip hop group "Hypnotize" and an extra for other performances around town. Today, dance has become a priority in his life. He is currently in the United States Air Force. He sings in the choir at the Malmstrom AFB Chapel and is also head of the Praise Team. He is the coach for "Ice", a Great Falls hip hop team and a member of the stunt team for the competitive cheer squad "Storm". In addition to his dancing and singing he is a student at Allied Business Schools and has been accepted to the University of Phoenix. |

Bonnie and her husband
Jim teach ballroom. Bonnie is credited with being one of the top
ballroom instructors in the Northwest United States and Canada and
Jim is her capable partner. They have delighted people for years
with their informative and fun classes. Their students learn great
steps then head off for dances, cruises, vacations, parties, and
weddings to “show their stuff!” Bonnie and Jim have both been
active in Center Stage Community Theatre and are models for area
fashion shows. They serve on the board of directors for Fortnightly
Ballroom Dancers. Jim plays saxophone in the Great Falls Municipal
Band, the University/Community Band, and various dance bands.

for Montana State University School of Technology. |

Paulette Walter has been twirling baton since 1980. Growing up in Butte, MT, she was a member of the Butte Rhythmettes, the West Jr. High Copper Cadettes and the Butte High Purple B'z. During this time Paulette competed in many competitions in baton twirling, drill team, and majorette pageants in Butte, Helena, Billings, and Idaho. Paulette started her own twirling groups The Anaconda Rhythmettes, The Ramsay Razettes, and The Dillon Dazzlers. This year she is starting a new baton drill dance group, the Galaxy Dance Team. |
